Tariff for Expo Booths
Raw Space
A blank area will be provided to you along with power connection. You can build you booth as per your own specifications, within that area. Maximum height of the booth: 10 feet.
Pricing: Rs 8000 per square meter plus 12.36 percent service tax
Minimum area to be booked under Raw Space: 18 square meters.
Shell Space
You get a pre-built octo-norm structure along with the following facilities:
Fascia name
Three spot-lights
One trash bin
One table/counter
Two chairs
Carpet
Pricing: Rs 9000 per square meter plus 12.36 percent service tax
Minimum area to be booked under Shell Space: 6 square meters
Early Bird Scheme
Edutech 2008 has a very attractive 'Early Bird' scheme, wherein the earlier you book, the better the discounts you can get.
The deadlines for decreasing discounts are:
1) 31st March, 2008
2) 10th April, 2008
3) 20th April, 2008
4) 30th April, 2008
Payment Terms
- Minimum of 25% payment to be made at the time of booking.
- Balance payment 10 days before the event.
- Possession of stall is subject to complete payment.
All payments will be made either through a bank draft or through Bankers cheque payable at Delhi and drawn in favour of
'EFY Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.', New Delhi.
It is mandatory that the payments must be paid in advance before the occurrence of the event.
