The awards/winners will be decided through a 3-step process
Step-I: Filing of nominations (to be done by institutions participating in the EFY Tech@Edu awards contest); The LAST date for receipt of nomination entries is 29th May, 2009.
The scrutiny and evaluation process at this stage will get completed by 5th June, 2009, and the list of shortlisted institutions will be released.
Step-II: Filing of elaborate details on technology deployments (to be done by the shortlisted institutions selected from Phase-I).
Here, we will get into the serious task of gathering follow-up data about the institutions short listed in the first phase. The follow-up questionnaire will be a multi-page document that will solicit detailed information required to validate the technological initiatives taken by the shortlisted Institutions. The information gathered in this phase will be kept strictly confidential.
Step-III: Scrutiny of details received from different educational institutions (to be done by the jury of experts, for deciding the winners under different categories).
In the third step, EFY will take the information collected in the second phase to an eminent panel of experts. This jury will then decide the final winners, which will be announced on this website.
The winners will be felicitated in the exclusive Award Ceremony that will be held as part of the Tech@Edu Summit on 14th June, 2009 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
