Selection Procedure
If you are representing an institution that is using technology extensively, as an aide to the education functions, you must showcase it, and this award may be yours!
The process of filing nominations can be done online. You may also download the nomination form and send it through registered post/courier to the following address:

However, the last date for receipt of nomination forms sent by post/courier will remain the same as in the case of online nominations, i.e., 29th May, 2009.
The rules for nominating your Institution are as follows:
- Any one involved/associated with any educational institution in India, in the capacity of a Senior management official/Teacher/Vendor/Consultant/Trainer, etc, can nominate the respective institution.
- The technological initiatives taken by the nominated institution, must be implemented for India. That is, benefits of the effort should be available in India. The physical infrastructure could be anywhere.
- While the award is for this year, we understand that many efforts have long gestation periods and trial runs. So, we would be considering only the initiatives that are currently on-going.
- Nominations can be based on one/more of the following:
- Development of an innovative technology to better the processes of teaching and learning.
- Adoption of technology tools in education.
- Use of technology in innovative ways to power the process of imparting education.
